Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data Sudo 67 ("we", "us") collects when you visit sudo67.com or contact us, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to reply to you and deliver our services.

1. Who we are

Sudo 67 is a small independent studio building websites, web apps, automation and security. For any privacy question, contact us at hello@sudo67.com.

2. What we collect

We do not collect payment card details on this website, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How we use it

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

Where the EU/UK GDPR applies, we process your data on the basis of: your consent (when you contact us), the performance of a contract (to deliver agreed work), and our legitimate interests (to run and secure the site and respond to legitimate enquiries).

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run our operations. Cloudflare and Zoho act as our processors — they handle data on our behalf and under our instructions. The messaging apps are independent controllers: if you choose to write to us there, your message is also governed by their own privacy terms, which we do not control.

If we ever add another provider — for example website analytics or advertising conversion tracking — we will update this list before it goes live.

We may also disclose data if required by law.

6. Cookies & analytics

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores your language preference locally in your browser. If we add website analytics or advertising conversion tracking in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project correspondence only as long as needed to respond to you, deliver the work, and meet legal obligations — then we delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below).

8. International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens, we rely on the providers' appropriate safeguards (such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses) to protect your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, and request a copy in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email hello@sudo67.com. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version.
